Terms of Service
By subscribing to a VentasxMayor account or by using any of the VentasxMayor Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").
As used in these Terms of Service, "we", "us" and "VentasxMayor" means the corresponding VentasxMayor Contracting Party.
The services offered by VentasxMayor under the Terms of Service include various products and services to help you sell goods and services to buyers, whether online ("Online Services"), in person ("POS Services") or both. All of these services offered by VentasxMayor are referred to as "Services".
1. Account Terms
WHAT THIS MEANS: You are responsible for your Account and any Material you upload to the VentasxMayor Service. Remember that if you violate these terms, we may cancel your service. If we need to communicate with you, we will send you an email.
To access and use the Services, you must register for a VentasxMayor account ("Account") by providing your full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address and any other information indicated as necessary.
2. Account Activation
WHAT THIS MEANS: Only one person can be the "Store Owner", usually the person who subscribes to the VentasxMayor Service. The Store Owner is responsible for the account, is subject to these terms of service and is responsible for the actions of others who access the account.
3. General Conditions
WHAT THIS MEANS: The VentasxMayor service belongs to us. You are not allowed to defraud it or use it for any illegal or incomplete purpose.
You must read and accept all the terms and conditions contained in these terms of service before becoming a VentasxMayor user.
4. VentasxMayor Contracting Party
"VentasxMayor Contracting Party" means NEBLUSA Inc., an American corporation, with offices located at 848 N. Rainbow Blvd Unit #8142, Las vegas, NV, 89107, USA
7. Limitation of Liability
WHAT THIS MEANS: We are not responsible if you break the law, violate this agreement or go against the rights of a third party, especially if you are sued. The service is "as is", so it may have errors or interruptions and we offer no warranties and our liability is limited.
14. Payment of Fees
WHAT THIS MEANS: A valid payment method (such as a credit card) is required for all stores. You will be billed subscription fees every 30 days. No refunds.
21. Privacy and Data Protection
VentasxMayor is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and the personal information of your customers. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that the collection, use and disclosure of this personal information by VentasxMayor is governed by our privacy policy.
