In this short tutorial, we explain the information you must provide in order for us to create and deliver your new online store, ready to take bulk orders! At no cost, we'll create the site with your brand and import all your products!

LOGO OF YOUR COMPANY
The first thing we ask for is your brand logo or manual. With it, our team will create the store with your corporate image.
If you send the logo, it can be in jpg, png or pdf format, always in high definition and if possible with a transparent background. You can also submit your brand manual with the vectorized logo.
Of course, you can make subsequent changes to your store administrator's style customizer.

DOMINION FROM YOUR STORE
Every website requires its own domain. An Internet domain is a unique name that identifies your company on the network.
If you don't have a domain yet, you need to purchase one.
Check the availability of your domain
If you want a domain that ends in .com, we offer you to manage it at an annual cost of USD $40.
Once you've chosen a domain, contact your business advisor and they'll take care of the purchase and payment process.
If you already own your domain, tell your commercial advisor what the URL of your property is and they will guide you in delegating the DNS (domain controls), so that we can configure it and connect it to your online wholesale store.
Email corporate
With VxM you can create corporate accounts free of charge, for example: if your domain is acme.com you can create emails like info@acme.com, consultas@acme.com, etc.
These accounts are linked to the email address you are using (Service only available for Gmail accounts). You can operate corporate accounts from your regular email account, at no cost.
For example, if you already use an account with your nombre@gmail.com you can receive and send emails from info@acme.com from your Gmail in a very simple way.
Tell your business advisor what name you would like to give to your free corporate email (s) and he will guide you to obtain them.
A corporate email shows your company more professional and also allows your customers to remember you more easily.

IMPORTING YOUR PRODUCTS
Our service includes importing your initial catalog, free of charge. We will deliver your store to you with all the migrated products, for this we need you to provide us with the information and images of them.
If you already have an accounting management system from which you can export your list of products (excel or csv), or if you have an excel with your catalog, send us the file and our engineers will take care of migrating them to your store. This option is ideal for companies with a wide product catalog.
Here's the right way to structure your product data and image information:
PRODUCT DATA
Export your products with all the available data, ideally with these:
- SKU CODE
- PRODUCT NAME
- PRODUCT OPTIONS (COLOR, SIZE, ETC)
- QUANTITY PER PACKAGE
- SHORT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- PRODUCT DETAIL
- AMOUNT OF STOCK
- CATEGORY
- PRICE

You can use this example to complete your product list correctly. If you have any questions, check the cells that have embedded help or contact your business advisor to review your list and assist you in the process.
PRODUCT IMAGES
We can import all images in bulk to your store. To do this you need to prepare a Zip file and the way to do it is as follows:
Let's say your company sells only 5 products, and each of them has 4 images.
First create a folder where you will place all the products:
Then, inside that folder, create a folder for each product in your catalog. Enter the code/SKU of each product as the name of the folder:
If you don't have any codes/SKUs generated for your products, you can name the folder exactly the same name as the product created in the previous step, so we can relate them to the products when we carry out the mass upload of images.
Inside each folder, load all the images corresponding to that product, you don't need to name them specially:
If you only have one image per product, you don't need to put it in a folder. Just place all the images in the main folder, each with the name of the code/SKU to be related.
Now generate a Zip file, for this purpose go to the main folder and convert it to Zip as follows:

MANUAL LOADING OF YOUR PRODUCTS
If you have few products or if you don't have a management system from which to export your product list, the easiest way to create your list is to upload it manually from the system administrator.
Upload all your products with their prices, descriptions, codes, options, categories, etc.
You can do it when we give you access to your store and don't worry! We'll assist you throughout the process and empower you so you can do it easily.
