Every customer walks into their own store.
You create one list per buyer type — distributor, reseller, frequent wholesaler — give every product its price per list and, when you approve a customer, assign them theirs. From then on they only see the products, prices and discounts meant for them. One catalog, nothing duplicated.

Base price for customers without a list. Volume tiers active. Reseller list prices. Volume tiers active. Distributor list prices: no automatic tiers and one exclusive product. The jar has no price on this list, so it doesn't show.
Try it: the same store, three lists, three different catalogs. This is a mockup with sample data.
Lists take a minute to create. What changes is everything that comes after.
A code, a name and you're done: Distributor, Reseller, Frequent wholesaler, or whatever you call them in your business. The General list is the base and always exists; every new list is a different way into your catalog.
- Several lists for different buyer types, each with its own code and name.
- Exclude from automatic discounts: a list can opt out of the volume tiers in your sales terms. Useful when the distributor price is already the final price.
- No duplicated catalog: the products stay the same; what changes per list is the price and who sees them.
Tap Add
Create lists and assign them to your customers. Each customer only sees the products and prices of their list.
List created. It now shows up as a new column on every product and as an option on every customer card.
One product, one row. Every list, a column.
The Price lists tab of every product holds the table: the Base column and one column per list. You type the distributor price, the reseller price, or leave the cell empty. And that decides who sees the product.
- Price per list and per option: indented rows are the product's variants (size, color, pack), each with its own price on each list.
- Empty cell = not shown: a product with no price on a list doesn't appear in the store of that list's customers. That's how you build exclusive assortments without touching categories.
- Bulk updates: to change hundreds of prices at once, download the template, fill it in and upload it; the Task Center shows the progress row by row.

The list lives in the customer's commercial terms, next to their sales rep, personal discount, minimum order and payment method. One selector: choosing Distributor changes the products they see, the prices they pay and the discounts they get.
- One list per customer, assigned when you approve the registration or whenever the deal changes. Without a list, they see General.
- It stacks with the card: the personal discount, minimum order and minimum units keep applying on top of the list.
- Your reps only assign the lists you allow them: each sales rep user has their allowed lists, and can't touch the list or the discount on their own profile.
Pick a list
The list says what it costs. The engine says when there's a promo.
They're two layers and it pays not to mix them. The list defines the customer's base price and their volume tiers. The discount engine applies promotions on top — 2×1, coupons, free shipping, an extra percentage — and can aim them only at the customers of a given list.
- Volume tiers: quantity brackets with their percentage (say, from 3 units or from 30 items in the cart), applied on their own at checkout.
- Audience by list: in the discount wizard you pick "only customers on the Reseller list" or exclude a list. Handy for different terms per channel.
- All of it shows in the cart: the customer sees their list price, the tier they reached and the promo applied, line by line. No "ask for a quote".
If the list were marked "exclude from automatic discounts", the tier line wouldn't exist — and the engine promo would still depend on its own audience.
