One product, its variants, and a price that drops on its own.
A tempera paint in six colors is one product, not six. Each color with its own stock and code; the quantity price is worked out on the product total, and the buyer sees on the page what they pay and what they save as they add.
Raise the quantity
Try it: the unit price changes with quantity; the color is just the variant. Mockup with sample data.
Six colors, one grid, one total.
This is how a wholesaler buys: the variant grid with a quantity per cell. The volume discount is worked out on the product total, not per color, so mixing colors never costs them the price.
- Adds up per product: 12 blue + 12 red = 24 units, already in the 10% bracket.
- Stock in plain sight: an out-of-stock cell is locked; a low-stock one warns.
- Pack and minimum per variant, applied on their own as you add.

One row per variant. Nothing else to load.
Each color is a row on the Options tab, with its code, price, stock and pack. If a variant shouldn't show, a toggle switches it off.
- Price per variant: the 500 g costs differently and goes on its row.
- Stock per variant, with a history of every movement: order, ERP, adjustment, import.
- A second variant when needed: the color and, inside it, the size.

Rules are written once and apply to every variant.
Quantity brackets, discount-engine promos and price per list are defined on the product and reach every color. The buyer sees the result on the page, in the grid and in the bag, with no checkout surprises.
- Volume per product or per cart: brackets on the product's units, or on the whole order.
- Promos that coexist: 2Γ1 on one variant, free shipping from an amount, a coupon for one customer. The engine sorts the order.
- Price per list on top of it all: a distributor sees another base price for the same paint.
The sheet goes in, you see what changes, and only then you confirm.
One row per variant in the Google Drive template or in your ERP file. Before applying, the preview separates what's new, what changes and what gets removed; the Task Center shows the progress.
