Wholesale sales online: the whole wholesale circuit in one platform, from catalog to packing slip.
Who gets in, what price each customer sees, how orders are built, who sells them and what happened with every sale: your whole operation, in order.
VentasxMayor is a B2B eCommerce platform born more than 8 years ago for manufacturers, importers, distributors and wholesalers, present in 8 countries across Latin America: per-customer pricing, account terms, sales reps, a self-service portal and integration with the leading ERPs, for a fixed monthly price with no per-user or per-rep fees.
You decide who gets in and what they see.
Open, approval-gated or closed registration. The store can show the catalog with prices hidden until you approve each customer — enforced server-side, not a visual trick.
- One-click approval: requests flagged Pending, an Approve button and an automatic welcome email.
- No passwords: magic link, fingerprint or Face ID, or Google, Microsoft and Yahoo sign-in.
- Automatic tax-ID validation: the company ID is verified and the legal name auto-fills at sign-up.
- Custom sign-up questions: ask each applicant for the info you need to decide.
- Reversible blocking and an unverified-customers filter, one click away.
A catalog built to sell by the case.
Variants with their own price, stock and image; buildable assortments; and your catalog auto-published where your customers look.
- Real variants: single, optional, multiple and multiple-with-repetition — for wholesale assortments and packs.
- Import from wherever you are: Tiendanube, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Mercado Libre, VTEX or Excel, with a change preview before applying.
- Automatic feeds for Google, Meta and TikTok — with wholesale-price protection if you'd rather not publish it.
- Catalog builder: a share-ready PDF in six layouts, with or without prices.
- Stock with history and subscriptions: customers subscribe to a sold-out product and get notified when you restock.
Every customer sees their price. Always.
Unlimited lists, per-variant pricing and per-customer assignment: when someone signs in, the whole store renders with the list that belongs to them.
- Price and promo per variant: the strikethrough offer lives inside each list.
- A flat per-customer discount on top of their list, for one-off agreements.
- Tax handled your way: final price, plus tax, or tax included.
- Lists that reject discounts, to protect margins you already agreed on.
- Bulk price updates per list with automatic rounding.
Your minimums and your rules, self-enforced.
Minimum purchase by amount or units, a lower minimum for repeat orders, and per-customer terms that override the defaults.
- The cart enforces the minimum: the Next button only unlocks once it's met, showing how much is missing.
- Repeat-order minimum: a lower threshold for customers who come back within the window you define.
- Case sizes per variant and closed packs, to sell in the quantities that work for you.
- Surcharges or discounts per payment and shipping method — 5% off for bank transfer, for example.
- A red alert if the buyer changes the agreed terms at checkout.
From order to warehouse, no loose paperwork.
Custom statuses that notify the customer, editing with a full history, and the documents your warehouse uses every day.
- Statuses your way: name, color and customer notification with variable data — tracking, amount due, bank details — filled in when you apply it.
- Real order editing: quantities, products and discounts; the customer gets the updated order and everything lands in the history with date and user.
- Three ways to load orders: Create order searching customers by name or tax ID, the store on the customer's behalf, or Pro Mode for fast reordering.
- Printable packing slip and labels with a shareable link for WhatsApp; a configurable picking order, with or without prices and images.
- Warehouse picking with control: ordered vs delivered quantity, per-line verification and an assigned picker.
- Cancellations that restock inventory and Excel order imports with upfront validation.
Each rep with their own portfolio. The control, yours.
A rep sees only their customers: their list, their orders, their reports and the price lists you allow. Nothing else.
- Exclusive portfolio: lists, orders and reports auto-filter to their assigned customers.
- Takes orders on the customer's behalf, with that customer's price list and discounts applied live.
- Fine-grained permissions: may or may not create customers, and only assigns the price lists you enable.
- Email alerts when an order from their portfolio comes in; every order is signed by its rep.
- Sales by rep with date ranges, and full portfolio transfer when someone leaves the team.
- Minimums can apply (or not) when the person loading the order is a rep.
The seller that writes to customers who went quiet.
Automatic emails triggered by buying behavior: restock time, abandoned cart, registered without buying. With a coupon that applies itself.
- Six real triggers: time since last sale, abandoned cart, signed up without buying, and more.
- Self-applying coupon: if the customer arrives from the email, the discount is already in their checkout.
- Smart attachments: their last order, their abandoned cart, your best sellers or new arrivals.
- Eight ready-made templates with copy included; preview, test email and mass send whenever you want.
- A history of everything sent, with an on/off switch per Autoseller.
Discount rules that understand wholesale.
Every rule is built from five pieces — audience, schedule, scope, condition and effect — and the simulator shows you why it applies or not before you publish it.
- Volume in three modes: retroactive, tiered, or closed-case — 100 + 10 + 1, each block at its own price.
- 2-for-1, 3-for-2, total-price bundles, free shipping, gifts and fixed price by quantity.
- Fine-grained audiences: lists, industries, first purchase, payment method and automatic segments — new, recurring, inactive.
- Stacking under control: stacks, competes (biggest saving wins) or replaces; additive or compound cascade.
- Coupons with bulk codes, per-customer caps and expiry; usage is released if the order is voided.
- A simulator with a verdict per rule: applies, doesn't apply, excluded or outshone — and the reason.
Your customers resell before they buy.
A page in your store that hands them ready-made material — photos, captions and prices — to promote your products on WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Photos in a ZIP, one folder per product, with a caption ready to paste into WhatsApp: name, price, description and link.
- A price list in Excel and CSV — or without prices, so each reseller adds their own markup.
- A PDF catalog built on the spot, right in the customer's browser.
- "Only what they bought" mode: the kit can show just the products that customer actually ordered.
- A post-purchase nudge: "Reselling what you bought? Grab the photos and the price list."
The numbers come to you, not the other way around.
Reports that arrive by email on their own, with what an owner looks at: how much sold, who bought, what to restock and which cart to rescue.
- Weekly Manager Report: total sold and variation, average ticket, top customers and products, abandoned carts and ERP status — on the day and time you choose.
- Daily Stock Report with your threshold: out of stock, low stock, and high-turnover items running low for urgent restocking.
- Prioritized abandoned carts: each cart with its value and a suggested action — call, WhatsApp or email.
- A 30-day dashboard: revenue, top products, the registered-customers funnel and a sales map.
- Spreadsheet exports: sales product by product, by category and by rep.
Every reseller on the map. Every store with its QR.
You mark a buyer as a physical point of sale and they show up geolocated in your store, so end customers find the nearest shop. Each point of sale gets its own QR code to print: scanned in the shop, it opens the catalog with that reseller’s prices.
- Public map in your store with each shop’s address and contact.
- One QR per point of sale, identifying the reseller in the system.
- Loaded from the customer card or added by the buyer from their own profile.
