It doesn't recite a script: it reads your actual store
Every answer comes from your database at that moment — stock, price lists, minimums, variants and orders. No canned replies.
Live stock
It answers availability with each variant's live stock. And if you prefer to hide stock, it won't show it either.
That customer's prices
Each customer has their price list — retail, wholesale, distributor — and the assistant always quotes with the asker's list.
Minimums and packs
It knows each variant's minimum and pack size, and proposes valid quantities: no impossible orders.
The customer's orders
Logged in, it answers status, date and total of recent orders. Logged out, it invites the customer to sign in first.
You ask like you'd ask a person. It acts as your store.
It doesn't answer with cards inside the chat: it drives the real store, the one the customer is already looking at.
Builds shelves on request
It picks products from your catalog and shows them on a real in-store shelf, with a title and its own note on each pick.
Opens the filtered catalog
It applies category, color, size, price or sale filters on the real catalog. And it checks there are results first: it never leaves an empty screen.
Compares side by side
It opens up to four products face to face, with price, stock and variants in view, to decide without opening ten tabs.
Opens the exact product page
It takes the customer to the real product page with color and size preselected, honoring minimum and pack.
Understands context
It knows what page the customer is on: if they say "this one", it knows which — and brings similar products without asking again.
Tracks orders
Status, date and total of the signed-in customer's recent orders, straight from your order system.

It serves only the store it lives in. Product and customer text is data, not commands: it ignores hidden instructions.
No awkward memory
Conversations aren't stored anywhere: they live on the customer's screen and vanish when closed.
It asks for login when due
Orders and customer data only with an active session. Anonymous visitors are invited to sign in before it shows anything.
With a spending cap
In beta it includes a monthly usage cap. If it's reached, it hands the chat to your WhatsApp — no one is left unanswered.
