Your brand is also written after the @.
sales@yourbrand.comorders@yourbrand.comsupport@yourbrand.combilling@yourbrand.comAddresses on your store's domain, included in your plan at no extra cost. You create them in the panel, they land in the Gmail you already use, and they go out signed by your company — not by a free mailbox with a number at the end.
Included, at no cost
Your plan already carries it. No per-mailbox fee and no separate email service to hire.
On your own domain
The same domain your store opens on. One domain, two services: the site and the email.
No inbox switching
Aliases forward to your Gmail, and Gmail replies with your professional address. Nothing to migrate.
The sender gets read before the subject line.
A wholesale buyer opens dozens of emails a day and decides in a second which ones deserve attention. Before reading the subject line they have already seen two things: who is writing, and from where.
- Credibility: an address on its own domain says there is a company behind it — with a site, a domain, and someone maintaining it.
- Recall: every email repeats your domain. The same one they will type when they want to order again.
- Zero confusion: the supplier is told apart from a private reseller without having to ask.
- Deliverability: your own domain with its authentication records in order works in favor of landing in the inbox instead of spam.
This is not decoration. It is the first proof that there is a serious operation on the other side.
The address stays with the company, not with the person.
When orders land in a personal mailbox, they land in somebody's mailbox. If that somebody takes a holiday, changes roles or leaves the business, the customer conversation leaves with them.
- One alias, several destinations: forwarding takes several accounts separated by commas, so the whole team sees the order at once.
- Nothing gets lost: the catch-all alias picks up anything sent to the domain, even addresses nobody created — the one a customer guessed from memory, the stale one still printed on an invoice.
- The person changes, the address does not: edit the alias destination from the panel and the mail keeps arriving.
- By function, not by name: orders@ stays the same even when the team behind it changes.
- The customer never notices: they always write to the same address, the one already saved in their contacts.
Going out on your domain is not enough: it has to arrive.
In a wholesale operation, an order confirmation that never arrives is not a detail. That is why the panel shows the domain status and, if an authentication record is missing, lists it with name, type and value, ready to paste.
- Status in plain sight: the connected domain and its badge — Active, Inactive, Suspended and DNS OK — in the panel header.
- Missing records, ready to copy: name, type and value for each one, to paste into your DNS provider.
- On the domain already connected: the same one as the store, with its certificate and its infrastructure.
- Propagation: DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to be visible worldwide. Best to load them as soon as the service is activated.
Receiving and sending, without leaving the same old Gmail.
Business email works both ways on top of the account you already open every day. There is no new inbox to check and no extra password to remember.
What hits the alias lands in your Gmail
- Create the alias in Settings → Business Email.
- Say which Gmail account it forwards to — one, or several separated by commas.
- From then on, everything that hits the alias shows up in your usual inbox.
You reply from Gmail and it goes out on your domain
- Open the Set up in Gmail assistant from the alias, in the panel.
- Follow the four steps: sender details, SMTP server over TLS, and the verification code.
- Done: Gmail lets you pick the alias as the sender on every reply.
Every inquiry comes in through the right door.
Descriptive addresses so buyers know where to write, and so that inside the business each thing lands where it should.
The commercial door
Price lists, terms and inquiries from new customers. The address that goes on the catalog and in the signature.
Everything operational
Confirmations, changes to an order in flight and dispatch notices. Forwarded to the warehouse too.
After the sale
Shortages, exchanges and warranties. Kept apart from sales so a complaint does not get lost among quotes.
The admin side
Invoices, account statements and payment reminders, in the hands of whoever runs the books.
The public address
The one on the site, on social and on the invoice. Entry point for anything that fits nowhere else.
Toward your own suppliers
The same argument, on the other side of the counter: your suppliers read the sender before the subject too.
Aliases are created, edited and deleted from the panel, whenever they are needed and without asking anyone. The @yourdomain suffix is added automatically.
From no company email to having one, in an afternoon.
Domain connected
Your store already opens on your own domain. If you do not have one yet, the VentasxMayor team handles the connection.
Turn the service on
In Settings → Business Email: one button, one confirmation, and a few minutes until the panel marks it complete.
Create the aliases
The name before the @ and the destination Gmail account. From that moment the alias already receives.
Send from Gmail
The built-in assistant walks through Gmail's four steps so replies go out with your professional address.
Before activating: if you use another email service on that same domain today, it stops working once business email is turned on. And DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, so it is worth doing it during a quiet stretch of the operation.
There is someone deciding who to buy from.
Your wholesale buyer has three suppliers for the same product and a busy morning. The address you write from is the first piece of data they use to sort the list.
- They open it first: between a free mailbox and a real domain, the domain wins the click.
- They save it as a supplier: it stays in their contacts under your company's name, not a person's.
- They find your store: the email domain is the same one they type in the browser to order again.
The domain is already yours. Let the email be yours too.
We'll show you the store running on your domain, with your products and business email switched on, no strings attached.
