- Orders from your online store are automatically transmitted to VIRTUAL SELLER.
- If the client does not exist, it is created automatically.
- Orders include products, quantities, surcharges and discounts.
Stock
- The stock is managed in VIRTUAL SELLER.
- VentasXMayor automatically synchronizes the stock via pull every 1 hour.
Prices
- Prices are managed exclusively in VIRTUAL SELLER.
- VentasXMayor updates the prices in the online store every 1 hour through synchronization.
Discounts and Surcharges
- Discounts: supported and shipped on orders.
- Surcharges: natively supported.
Important: Key Considerations
- Initial synchronization: It is necessary that the SKUs, prices and stock match in VentasXMayor and in VIRTUAL SELLER before activating the integration.
- Time synchronization: Prices and stock are checked every 1 hour to keep the online store up to date.
- Unified management: Once the integration is active, price and stock management is centralized in VIRTUAL SELLER.
- Editing orders: Must be confirmed with VIRTUAL SELLER. Until then, it is recommended to review orders before they are processed in the ERP.
