From spreadsheet to PDF in three steps
- Paste the products. Select the columns in Excel or Google Sheets, copy them and paste them in step 1. The generator detects the header and the price format on its own, whether 1,234.50 or 1.234,50.
- Build one list per customer type. The markup or discount turns the same sheet into a different list: for example, cost +40% for resellers and +25% for distributors. Rounding leaves prices as clean numbers.
- Download and send. The button opens the browser's print dialog; «Save as PDF» leaves an A4 file with logo, validity date and terms, ready to send.

Where does my product data go?
In your browser. The sheet and the logo are processed on your device and are never sent to any server. Your last list stays saved in this browser for next time.
Which columns does the sheet need?
At minimum, product and price. If there is also a code, category and pack size, they are used: the list is grouped by category and shows every column.
Can each customer have a different price?
