From the order to a signed packing slip in three steps
- Enter who ships and who receives. Your business details stay saved in the browser: next time only the customer changes. The slip carries the delivery address, not the billing one, because that is what the driver needs.
- Paste the items with their quantities. From the spreadsheet, the management system or the customer's order. The quantities are the ones the warehouse confirmed, not the ones ordered: what does not ship does not go on the slip.
- Print two copies or send the PDF. One travels with the goods and comes back signed; the other stays in the office. The PDF can be sent ahead over WhatsApp so the customer gets receiving ready.

Is the packing slip generator free?
Yes. It is free, with no sign-up and no limit on slips or downloads. The data is processed in the browser and never sent to any server; your last entries stay saved in this browser for next time.
Is the generated packing slip a tax document?
It is a packing slip template for internal use and for deliveries: it is not an invoice and carries no tax validity. In the United States the packing slip has no tax role; the invoice does.
What does a packing slip have to include?
Seller details, a sequential number and date, the ship-to details, the line items with quantities and cases, the carrier, and room for signature, printed name and date of receipt. Prices are optional.
Can the packing slip be made without prices?
Yes. By default the slip comes out without prices, which is how most distributors use it so the customer's receiving staff does not see the wholesale price. If the sheet has a price column, it can be switched on to show it with the total.
How do I get the packing slip to come straight out of each order?
