From the WhatsApp message to a signed order in three steps

What is the difference between a sales order and a purchase order?
The sales order is issued by the seller to record what the customer ordered, at what price and on what terms. The purchase order is issued by the buyer to formally request the goods. They carry the same data; what changes is who signs it. This generator works for both.
Is a purchase order a tax document?
No. It is a commercial document: it records the agreement between seller and buyer, but it does not replace the invoice or the packing slip. The sale is invoiced afterwards and the goods ship with the packing slip.
What does a purchase order include?
Seller and buyer details, number and date, the line items with code, quantity, unit price and amount, the total, delivery terms (lead time and place) and payment terms, and the customer's signature of approval.
Is the generator free and where does the data go?
