📦 Orders
- When a customer buys from your store, the order is sent automatically to Virtual Seller with all the details: products, quantities, surcharges and discounts.
- If the customer doesn't exist in Virtual Seller, they are created automatically when the order is placed.
📊 Stock
- Stock is managed exclusively in Virtual Seller. Your store updates automatically every hour.
- Synchronization runs via pull every 1 hour, keeping your site always up to date.
💲 Prices
- Prices are managed only in Virtual Seller and automatically sync with your store every hour.
- ⚠️ Do not modify prices directly on your website after activating the integration.
🏷️ Discounts and surcharges
- Discounts applied by your customers in the store are reflected in the order in Virtual Seller.
- Surcharges are also natively supported and sent along with the order.
📋 4 things you need to know before getting started
- SKUs must match exactly
When creating products in your store, use exactly the same SKU you have in Virtual Seller. This is key for synchronization to work from day one. - Sync every 1 hour
Prices and stock are pulled every 1 hour. This keeps your online store always up to date with Virtual Seller data. - Virtual Seller rules: prices and stock are only edited there
Once the integration is active, prices and stock are modified only in Virtual Seller. Changes are automatically reflected in your store. - Review orders before processing them in the ERP
Once an order is processed in Virtual Seller, it can no longer be modified from your store. Make sure to review everything before changing the status in the ERP.

🔧 Configuration options
When activating the integration, we define these parameters together with you:
- CREDENTIALS: Username, password, token and API key from your Virtual Seller account. Required to connect both systems.
- MAIN PRICE LIST: The Virtual Seller price list that will be linked to your store prices.
- SYNC PRICES: Yes or No. If you choose Yes, prices sync automatically every hour.
- SYNC STOCK: Yes or No. If you choose Yes, stock syncs automatically every hour.
- SEND DISCOUNTS: Yes or No. If you choose Yes, discounts applied in your store are reflected in the order sent to Virtual Seller.
- SEND SURCHARGES: Yes or No. If you choose Yes, surcharges applied in your store are sent as part of the order to Virtual Seller.
