Orders
- Orders from your online store are automatically transmitted to VIRTUAL SELLER.
- If the customer does not exist, it is created automatically.
- Orders include products, quantities, surcharges and discounts.
Stock
- Stock is managed in VIRTUAL SELLER.
- VentasxMayor automatically synchronizes stock via pull every 1 hour.
Prices
- Prices are managed exclusively in VIRTUAL SELLER.
- VentasxMayor updates prices in the online store every 1 hour via synchronization.
Discounts and Surcharges
- Discounts: supported and sent in orders.
- Surcharges: natively supported.
Important: Key Considerations
- Initial synchronization: SKUs, prices and stock must match in VentasxMayor and VIRTUAL SELLER before activating the integration.
- Hourly synchronization: Every 1 hour, prices and stock are checked to keep the online store updated.
- Unified management: Once the integration is active, price and stock management is centralized in VIRTUAL SELLER.
- Order editing: Must be confirmed with VIRTUAL SELLER. Until then, it is recommended to review orders before they are processed in the ERP.
