Understanding How SaaS Integration Works:
Orders:
- Orders placed on your website are automatically sent to the SaaS system.
- If you make any edits to an order directly on your website, the changes will be sent to SaaS automatically once you save the changes.
Stock:
- The centralized management of the stock of all your products is carried out in SaaS.
- Stock levels are automatically updated on your website every 1 hour, reflecting SaaS information.
Prices:
- The management of the prices of your products is carried out only in SaaS.
- Prices are automatically synchronized with your website every 1 hour, ensuring that the information is consistent.
Discounts:
- If a customer applies a discount when making a purchase on your website, this discount will be reflected in the order within SaaS as an additional item called a “discount”. The amount of the discount will be shown in negative and will be subtracted from the order total.
Important! Key Considerations:
- Initial Data Matching: To ensure successful integration, it is essential that when creating your products on your website you use exactly the same SKU (identification code), Price and Stock that you already have registered in SaaS. The coincidence of these data is essential for the proper functioning of the integration from the start.
- Store visibility: Make sure that the products you want to synchronize are configured as visible in your online store.
- Unified SaaS Management: Once the integration between your store and SaaS is active, the only way to modify the Prices and Stock of your products will be through SaaS. Any changes made there will be automatically updated in your online store. Don't edit prices or stock directly on the web.
How to Activate SaaS Integration?
We take care of the entire process! To activate the integration, send the following information to your account executive:
- UIE (UNIQUE COMPANY IDENTIFIER): (Your unique identifier within the SaaS system).
- API SECRET: The API key number provided by SaaS.
Where to get this information in SaaS?
You can find this information in your SaaS admin panel, in the section: CONFIGURATIONS -> API.
In addition, please tell us if you want to activate the VAT included:
- If we activate it, 21% will be added to the base price of each SaaS product before updating it in your online store.
