Integrate your wholesale store on VentasxMayor with the SaaS UE ERP to automatically sync orders, stock, and prices. SaaS UE is a cloud-based enterprise management system that offers a lightweight and efficient integration, ideal for wholesale operations that need continuous synchronization with minimal configuration.
How it works
From Integrations > ERP select SaaS UE and fill in the configuration fields. Once connected, orders placed in your wholesale store are automatically sent to the ERP, and stock and price changes in SaaS UE are reflected in your online catalog.
The SaaS UE integration uses a batch processing system that accumulates updates and processes them at regular intervals, optimizing resource usage and communication between systems.
Configuration fields
- UIE (text, required): UIE identifier for your account in SaaS UE. This code identifies your company within the system and is needed to authenticate communications between VentasxMayor and the ERP.
- Secret (text, required): SaaS UE API secret. Works as an authentication key to validate every request. Request it from SaaS UE technical support or generate it from their admin panel. Keep this value secure and do not share it with third parties.
What syncs
Orders (VentasxMayor → SaaS UE)
Each confirmed order in your store is automatically sent to SaaS UE. The order includes complete buyer data, product details with quantities and prices, and payment terms.
Stock (SaaS UE → VentasxMayor)
Inventory levels are imported from SaaS UE to your store. When stock changes in the ERP (from sales on other channels, merchandise receipt, or inventory adjustments), updates are reflected in your online wholesale catalog.
Prices (SaaS UE → VentasxMayor)
Prices are imported from SaaS UE. When you update a price list in the ERP, changes propagate to your wholesale store to maintain price consistency across all your sales channels.
Sync behavior
Batch processing
SaaS UE uses a batch processing system with an accumulation timer. Updates (for orders, stock, and prices) are grouped and processed at regular intervals of a few seconds. This means:
- Updates are not instantaneous but accumulate in a batch
- Every few seconds the system processes all pending updates
- This approach optimizes performance and reduces load on both systems
- In practice, changes are reflected within seconds
Bidirectional sync
The integration supports bidirectional data flow: orders travel from VentasxMayor to SaaS UE, while stock and prices travel from SaaS UE to VentasxMayor. This keeps both systems in sync without manual intervention.
Tips
- Verify that the UIE and Secret are correct. An error in these fields will prevent all communication with the ERP.
- Keep the Secret secure. If you suspect it has been compromised, generate a new one from SaaS UE and update it in the VentasxMayor configuration.
- Keep in mind that updates are processed in batches every few seconds. If you need a change to be reflected immediately, wait a few seconds and then check your store.
- Run a manual sync after bulk changes in SaaS UE (such as price list updates or merchandise intake) to verify everything is correctly reflected in your store.
- Check the error log periodically to detect and resolve sync issues early. An order that does not reach the ERP can delay preparation and dispatch.
