Communicate with your wholesale buyers through WhatsApp to send order confirmations, shipping updates, payment requests, and cart recovery messages. WhatsApp is the preferred communication channel for wholesale commerce in Latin America.
How it works
The platform integrates with WhatsApp to automate communication with your wholesale buyers at key moments in the commercial process. Configure your WhatsApp number from the business settings and activate the automatic messages you need:
- Order confirmation: automatically send a WhatsApp message when a buyer places a wholesale order, including the product and quantity details.
- Shipping updates: notify the buyer when their merchandise has been dispatched and include tracking information. Critical in wholesale operations where delivery timelines directly impact the buyer's own operations.
- Payment request: send a message with payment details or a link to complete the order payment. Especially useful for cash-on-delivery or bank transfer operations, which are common in wholesale commerce.
- Cart recovery: automatically contact buyers who left products in their cart without completing the purchase. In wholesale operations, an abandoned cart can represent a significant amount.
- WhatsApp button: display a floating button on your store so wholesale buyers can message you directly with questions about pricing, availability, or commercial terms.
Available options
- WhatsApp number: configure the phone number from which messages will be sent.
- Multiple WhatsApp channels in the chat widget: from Settings > Chat you can add several WhatsApp numbers so they appear in the customer-service widget (e.g., sales, support, billing). For each channel you define a name and a predefined message that loads on click.
- Order messages: enable or disable order confirmation and update notifications.
- Shipping messages: enable dispatch notifications with tracking data.
- Invoice messages: send receipts or payment requests via WhatsApp.
- Cart recovery: enable automatic messages to abandoned carts.
- Store button: enable the floating WhatsApp button visible to visitors.
- Message templates: customize the content of each automatic message type with the professional tone that wholesale buyer communication requires.
Excel with WhatsApp for manual outreach
In addition to automatic messages, you can export your customer base to a Google Sheets spreadsheet with a per-row WhatsApp contact button. Use it for manual follow-up campaigns, announcements, or segmented promotions to a subset of your wholesale customers.
Go to the Customers list and open the export tool. Apply the filters you need:
- Filter by order quantity: range between minimum and maximum number of orders per customer.
- Filter by order amount: range between minimum and maximum amount billed per customer.
- Sort by column by clicking each header: No., Business Name, Contact, Email, Phone, Cellphone, Classification, Locality, Province, Website, Registration Date, Last Purchase, Orders, Amount.
Once the list is filtered, click Download Excel with Whatsapp. The spreadsheet is generated in Google Drive as Google Sheets and includes all customer columns plus two extra columns:
- Write your message here!: edit the header cell to define the base message you want to send. Each row automatically combines "Hola
." with that header, so you personalize per customer without rewriting the text. - Contact: direct WhatsApp link per customer. Clicking it opens WhatsApp with the customer's mobile number and the message pre-filled, ready to send.

Tips
- Customize message templates with the buyer's name, order details, and payment terms for professional, clear communication.
- Enable cart recovery via WhatsApp as a complement to email; in the Latin American wholesale market, WhatsApp has significantly higher response rates than email.
- Make sure the configured WhatsApp number has WhatsApp Business active for a professional experience with catalog and quick replies.
- Use the WhatsApp button on your store as a direct channel for buyers to check availability, request quotes, or negotiate commercial terms.
- To use Excel with WhatsApp at speed, work from a PC or laptop with the WhatsApp app installed; that way each click on Contact opens the conversation instantly.
- Do not abuse manual mass sends from the Excel: WhatsApp can block your account if it detects automated or repetitive activity. Use the report for segmented campaigns, not spam.
