The customers section centralizes all your wholesale buyer information and lets you quickly find any customer using advanced filters.
How it works
The customer listing shows all wholesale customers registered in your VentasxMayor store with automatic pagination. You can search by name, email, phone, or tax ID using the main search field.
Beyond basic search, you have access to advanced filters based on wholesale purchase history and customer behavior in your store. These filters let you segment your wholesale customer portfolio by activity level, purchase volume, and order status.
Available options
- Search: Look up customers by name, business name, email address, phone number, or tax ID (CUIT/DNI).
- Purchase history: Filter wholesale customers by number of orders placed (minimum and maximum range) or by total purchase amount. Ideal for identifying your top wholesale buyers.
- Abandoned cart: Identify wholesale customers who have a pending cart, with the option to filter by cart value range. In wholesale operations, an abandoned cart can represent a significant amount.
- Pagination: Navigate between result pages when you have many registered wholesale customers.
Additional listing filters
Beyond search and abandoned cart, the listing has filters specific to the wholesale model:
- Unverified (switch): shows only customers who registered but have not yet completed email verification. They appear in the list with the verification code highlighted in red next to the customer. Useful for catching leads that did not finish onboarding.
- Classification / Industry: filter by the industry assigned to the customer (convenience stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, hardware stores, etc.) to analyze the portfolio by business type.
- Discount: filter customers who have a fixed discount assigned in their profile.
- Price list: filter by the price list assigned to the customer.
- Sales rep: filter by assigned sales rep, useful for reviewing each commercial representative's portfolio.
- Cart date: when filtering by abandoned cart, you can narrow down by cart date.
Top bar actions
- Green + button: create a customer manually from the admin.
- Customer report: opens the advanced reporting tool with filters by order count and order amount, exportable to Google Sheets for analysis.
- Refresh button: refreshes the list to see the latest data. The system caches to stay snappy; if you expect a new customer and they do not appear, refresh.
Tips
- Use the abandoned cart filter to identify wholesale sales opportunities and assign a sales rep to follow up with customers who left products unpurchased.
- Combine the purchase history filter with the total amount filter to segment wholesale customers by activity level: identify high-volume customers, customers with growth potential, and inactive customers.
- Searching by tax ID (CUIT) is useful when a wholesale customer has multiple accounts or when you need to quickly verify a buyer's information.
- Periodically review customers with inactive purchasing history so your sales reps can reactivate the commercial relationship.
- Check the "Unverified" switch periodically: these are potential sales you can recover with a quick call or email from the sales rep.
