The Customers screen — in the sidebar menu, go to Sales → Customers — brings together your entire portfolio of wholesale buyers: from there you search, filter, review abandoned carts, open each customer's orders, and access their profile to edit their commercial terms.
How it works
The list loads 100 customers at a time and keeps adding more as you scroll down. At the top left you see the counter of loaded customers over the total and, when filters are active, the absolute total in parentheses. Every column can be sorted by clicking its header.
Each row shows the customer's Details block: legal name, trade name, tax ID (with a green check mark if it has been validated against the tax registry), contact person, email (click to write to them), registration date, registered tax address (click opens the map), phone, and mobile (click opens WhatsApp). If the customer is blocked, the red Blocked label appears. If they have a pending email verification code, it is shown in a red box: clicking it lets you validate the customer manually.
Available columns and filters
- Cart and Cart Date: if the customer has an open or abandoned cart, how many products it holds and when the last activity was. Click to view the cart. Filter: All / Yes / No.
- Orders: the customer's order count; click to view their history. Filter: All / Yes / No (has bought at some point or never).
- Classification: the assigned category or segment (visible if you use classifications). Filter by category or "None".
- Discount: the customer's fixed discount percentage, if they have one. Filter: All / Yes / No.
- List: the assigned price list. Filter by list or "None".
- Payment method: the method assigned to the customer, if any.
- Sales rep: the assigned sales rep (visible if your store has sales reps). Filter by rep or "None".
- Unverified: a toggle that shows only customers whose tax ID is not verified.
- Customers to approve: when there are pending registrations, a yellow "N Customers to approve" button appears that filters the pending ones (see the approval article).
There is a text search box in the top bar and a button to clear all filters. Filters apply to your entire base, not just what is loaded on screen.
Toolbar actions
- Create customer (+ button): opens the manual sign-up form.
- Report / Share: opens the Export Customers screen with advanced filters and downloads (requires analytics to be enabled on your account).
- Export (cloud icon): triggers an export of your base to Google Drive.
Tips
- Check the unverified list regularly: these are buyers who started registering but never completed email verification — potential sales you can rescue by reaching out to them.
- The abandoned carts filter combined with the date gives you the day's recovery list: open the cart and send them a reminder via WhatsApp.
- If you work with sales reps, each rep sees only their assigned customers; the total they see is that of their own portfolio.
