Your store's own pages: How to buy, About us, frequently asked questions, or whatever you need. Each one lives at its own address and is built from blocks.
Step by step: creating a page
- Tap EDIT STORE and go to Content → Pages.
- Tap Create page.
- Fill in the Title and the URL. The URL accepts lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only, and the page ends up at
your-store.com/that-url. - Add the Blocks you want: text, image + text, FAQ, video, gallery, contact form and the rest.
- Use Add to menu or Add to footer so your customers can find it.
- Tap Save.
What else you can do with a page
Every page in the list has:
- Description (SEO), the text that shows in search results.
- View page, to open it.
- Duplicate page, to start from one you already built.
- Delete page. When you delete it, the menu and footer links pointing to it are removed too.
There is no page limit. If the URL you pick is already in use or reserved by the store, the editor warns you before saving.
The first row in the list is Home: it is your store's front page and you edit it the same way, with blocks.
The content blocks
To build an informational page, the most used ones are:
- Text: free text with formatting.
- Image + text: an image next to a piece of text.
- FAQ: collapsible questions and answers.
- Video: your own video or one from YouTube. This is how you put a video inside a page.
- Gallery: several photos.
- Statement: a band of oversized text.
- Editorial block: a pull quote.
- Trust badges: the confidence seals.
- Contact form: the full form.
- Contact: a call to get in touch.
- Divider: a line or a gap between blocks.
The contact form
The form's content lives in Content → Contact: the title, the image, the subtitle and your own questions. The questions can be free text, single choice or multiple choice.
The form is shown wherever you place the Contact form block. By default it sits on the Contact page, which you manage like any other page.
The enquiries that come in are stored in Content → Messages, even if you have no email configured. From there you reply straight to the customer's email.
The header announcement bar
The text lives in Content → Brand, field Announcement bar. You can put several rotating messages in it by separating them with a vertical bar (Free shipping | New collection), and give each one a link with the => suffix (Free shipping => /envios).
The Show announcement switch and the strip's color are in Screens → Header.
The front page for visitors without an account
If your catalog is closed, anyone arriving without an account sees no products. What they see is the Private catalog screen, in the Screens group. It is built from blocks, so you can give it a banner, a welcome text and whatever else you need.
The legal pages
Legal configuration is its own editor section: Content → Legal, with the buttons and seals required by your store's country.
Page under construction
This is an editor section: Content → Under construction. It shows a "coming soon" page instead of the store, with its own design. Ideal to switch on before launch: visitors see only that notice.
If you cannot find it
- You created a page and nobody can find it: you still need to add it to the menu or the footer. Use Add to menu from the page itself, or build the item in Content → Menu.
- The editor rejects the URL: either another page already uses it, or the store reserves it, or it has capitals or odd characters. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only.
- You are looking for a How to buy or About us section: they are not fixed sections. They are pages you create yourself in Content → Pages.
- You cannot find where the form's enquiries are stored: in Content → Messages.
