From the product listing you can quickly find any item in your wholesale catalog using filters, search, and sorting options. This view is your operations center for managing everything your wholesale buyers see in your sales portal.
How it works
The listing displays all products in your wholesale catalog in an organized table. At the top there is a search bar that lets you search by product name or code (SKU), which is especially useful when managing large catalogs with thousands of references, as is common in distribution and import operations.
Below the search bar you will find the available filters to narrow down results. Each product in the listing shows its main image, name, code, base price, stock level, and visibility status. You can click on any product to open its editing form.
The listing is designed to efficiently handle the extensive catalogs typical of wholesale commerce, where a distributor or manufacturer may have hundreds or thousands of active products simultaneously.
Available options
Filters: You can filter products by category, visibility status, stock level, ERP sync issues, and special labels such as featured, new, or on sale. The ERP sync filter is particularly useful for identifying products that are not properly aligned with your management system.
Sorting: Results can be sorted by code, name, price, stock quantity, or creation date, in either ascending or descending order. Sorting by stock is a common practice among wholesalers to quickly identify products that need restocking before wholesale buyers are unable to place orders.
Bulk actions: Select one or more products from the listing to apply batch actions. Available actions include duplicating products and deleting selected products. Bulk actions are essential when managing large catalogs, as they allow you to make changes at scale without editing products one by one.
Tips
- Use combined filters to find specific products quickly. For example, filter by a category and then sort by stock to see which items need urgent restocking before your wholesale customers request them.
- The duplicate option is ideal when loading similar products from the same manufacturer or product line: duplicate an existing one and modify only the fields that differ, such as the code, name, or packaging format.
- Before deleting products in bulk, review your selection carefully. Deletion cannot be undone and may affect wholesale orders in progress if buyers had those products in their carts.
- Periodically review products with ERP sync issues to maintain consistency between your management system and the wholesale catalog your buyers see.
