The product listing is where you find any item in your catalog, see its price, stock and visibility at a glance, and open it to edit.
Step by step
- In the side menu, go to Catalog → Products.
- Type in the search box at the top to filter by name, code, number, price or description.
- To sort, click a column title: No., Code, Name, Price, Stock, Visible, Highlight, New, Offer or Categories. A second click reverses the order.
- To narrow things down, use the dropdowns in the filter row below the titles.
- Click any row to open the product and edit it.
The filters
Under each column there is a dropdown:
- Images: Yes / No. Useful for finding every product that still has no photo.
- ERP: only appears if you have an integration connected. The Not synced option surfaces the products whose code does not match the ERP.
- Stock: In stock / Out of stock / Low stock.
- Visible, Highlight, New, Offer: Yes / No.
- Categories: Yes / No, or one specific category. The No option gives you the products left with no category, which are invisible in the store.
At the top left, next to the counter, you see how many products the filters left out of the total. When a filter is set, you can clear them all at once.
Seeing the stock and price of each variant
The Grouped button in the toolbar toggles to Expanded. In Expanded mode each product opens into its variants, with the code, price and stock of each one on its own row. It is the only way to see stock per size or per color across the whole catalog without opening product by product.
Sorting the catalog the way your buyers see it
This screen's order is for you only. What the buyer sees is defined per category: in Catalog → Categories, open the category and choose Order by from Manual, Alphanumeric, Price Asc, Price Desc and Newest first.
Exporting the catalog
There is no export from this listing: the toolbar has no download button. You have two ways out, on other screens:
- A spreadsheet with all the data: in Configuration → Tools, card Product Management in Google Drive, button Download spreadsheet. Despite the name, it exports your complete catalog to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. From there, File → Download gets you Excel or CSV.
- A designed catalog: in Catalog → Catalog builder, panel Customize Catalog, tab Export, with the Download CSV, Download Excel and Print / PDF buttons.
Deleting products
There is no multi-select and no bulk actions: you delete one at a time. Open the product and tap Delete Product in the form header.
If what you want is to pull many products out of the store without deleting them, turn off each one's Visible switch, or leave them with no price in the list those customers see.
If you deleted products by mistake, write to us: restoring the catalog to an earlier date is an operation the support team performs, and it is not available in your dashboard.
If you cannot find it
- A product is Visible but does not show in the store: check that it has a category assigned (filter Categories = No), that its price is above 0, and that if the customer has a price list assigned, the product has a price loaded in that list.
- You cannot see the ERP filter: your business has no integration connected.
- You cannot see the Interested column: no product has stock-alert subscribers.
- You cannot see the Create product button: your user has read-only permission over products.
