Ask questions about your wholesale business through an intelligent chat that understands text and voice, available directly from the admin dashboard.
How it works
From the main dashboard you will find access to the AI Assistant in the navigation. When you open it, you will see a chat interface organized into conversation threads:
- Text chat: type questions about wholesale sales, products, buyers, order statuses, sales rep performance, or any operational data and receive immediate answers based on your actual information.
- Voice input: press the microphone button to speak your question instead of typing it. The assistant will process the audio and respond normally.
- Conversation history: each query is saved in a thread. You can return to any previous conversation to review past answers.
The assistant understands the context of your wholesale business and can answer questions like: "how much did we sell this week," "what are the most ordered products this month," "which buyers have pending orders," or "how did sales rep John do in March."
Available options
- New thread: start a new conversation about a different topic.
- Saved threads: browse and open previous conversations from the side panel.
- Audio export: download the conversation in audio format to listen to or share.
- Data queries: ask about today's sales, best-selling products, order statuses, buyer debts, performance by sales rep, and more.
Tips
- Be specific in your questions for more precise answers (for example, "how many orders came in this week from buyers in Buenos Aires" instead of "how are sales going").
- Use voice input when you need to check data quickly without stopping what you are doing, for example from the warehouse or during a meeting.
- The assistant is ideal for getting quick data that would normally require navigating multiple reports: sales by period, low-stock products, inactive buyers, or sales rep commissions.
- Review your thread history to avoid repeating queries you have already made.
