Which products the buyer sees, in what order and at what prices. Plus the downloadable catalog you can send to anyone who prefers a file.
Step by step: my product does not show up in the store
This is the most frequent problem. Work through this list in order; one of these switches is almost always the cause.
- Open the product in Catalog → Products and confirm it has the Visible switch on and at least one category assigned. A product with no category has nowhere to appear.
- Tap EDIT STORE and go to Content → Catalog & access.
- In the Catalog group, look at Show products without a photo. If it is off, products with no image are not listed. This is by far the most common cause.
- In the same group, look at Hide out-of-stock products. If it is on, a sold-out product disappears from the store even when it is visible.
- Look at Hide out-of-stock variants as well: if every variant of a product is at zero, the product can end up with nothing to show.
- In the Access group, look at Require login to view the catalog. If it is on, a visitor without an account sees no products.
- Save and reload the store.
If it still does not show after all that, check whether the category it belongs to is hidden.
Content → Catalog & access
This is the editor section that decides who sees your store and what gets shown. It is applied on the server, so nobody can bypass it from the browser.
Access
- Require login to view the catalog: without a signed-in account, the visitor does not see the catalog.
- Show prices to visitors: prices are visible even without an account.
Catalog
- Hide stock counts: hides the available quantity while keeping the stock logic running.
- Hide out-of-stock products.
- Hide out-of-stock variants.
- Show products without a photo.
There is also Variant order, to decide how the options are sorted inside each product.
Showing prices without registration
The switch is Show prices to visitors, in Content → Catalog & access, group Access.
Watch out for the common confusion: that switch decides whether prices are visible, not whether someone can buy. Building a cart and placing an order always requires a signed-in account. There is no checkout without registration.
If you want the opposite, sending someone a link so they can see the products without prices, leave the switch off and give them your store address.
How the buyer sorts
The buyer has their own sort selector in the catalog, with five options: Newest, Price: low to high, Price: high to low, Name: A–Z and Name: Z–A.
The default order is newest first. The products you load last appear at the top without you configuring anything.
You can hide that selector: in the product block's settings, the Show sorting switch. Next to it sits Show filters.
Setting your own order per category
If you want a category always shown in an order of your own, you configure it from the panel:
- In the side menu, go to Catalog → Categories.
- Open the category.
- In the Product Display block, find the Order by field.
- Choose between Manual, Alphanumeric, Price Asc, Price Desc or Newest first.
- Save.
That becomes the default order for that category. If the buyer picks a different order in the store's selector, their choice wins.
With Manual you arrange the products by dragging them one by one.
One detail that trips people up: marking a product as Highlight does not sort it first.
Ordering the categories
You reorder them by dragging them in the tree at Catalog → Categories. The order you leave them in is the order they appear in the store.
There is no "featured category" flag. The only way to give one priority is its position in the tree, or placing a Categories block on the home page with the ones you want to feature.
Showing only a few chosen products
Product blocks do not have to show the whole catalog. In the block's settings, the source field has three options: the whole catalog, a category, or chosen products. With "chosen products" you build the list by hand and set its order.
That is how you put your best sellers first on the home page, or feature a set without having to group it into a category.
How products look in the grid
In the Product grid block: Columns from 2 to 5 (4 by default) and Columns (mobile) from 1 to 3 (2 by default), plus the gap between products.
If you want an irregular Pinterest-style mosaic, use the Product wall block. If you prefer a continuous list, the Product feed block.
Each card's shape is defined in Screens → Card.
Search and filters
Search covers the product name, code, description and detail, the category name, and also the name and code of the variants. It tolerates missing accents: searching "camion" finds "Camión".
The available filters are by on sale, new, color, in stock and price range. You cannot create your own filters on an arbitrary attribute such as "material" or "season".
The downloadable catalog
In the panel's side menu, Catalog → Catalog builder. It builds a file to send to a buyer who prefers it offline, or a link to share.
The panel has five tabs: Template, Design, Content, Style and Export.
Which products it includes
In the Content tab, the What the catalog includes block has two modes:
- By category: you pick which categories go in, from the Visible categories list. It is a checkbox list with a search box, ordered like your category tree. Unticking a parent category unticks its whole branch. You also get Select all and Deselect all buttons.
- Chosen products: you build the list product by product, from Catalog products.
What each card shows
In the same Content tab, the Show / Hide block controls: Images, Prices, Code / SKU, Options, Short description, Promo prices, Stock, Category banners and Offers only.
The Structure block adds Cover page and QR on cover. The Footer block chooses between Contact, a minimal footer, or none.
Downloading or sharing
The Export tab has three buttons:
- Download CSV: works with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Download Excel: an .xlsx file with formatting and styles.
- Print / PDF: a print view with cover and styles.
On top of that, every catalog you save gets its own public link, shaped like https://your-domain/catalogo/catalog-name. In the list of saved catalogs, each one has its QR button and its delete button. When saving you can Protect with password, and assign it a price list.
If you cannot find it
- You loaded a product and it is not showing: work through the step by step above. It is almost always Show products without a photo switched off, or the product with no category.
- You want to see the store as a buyer does: in the editor, below the Save button, there is the Anonymous / Customer row. With Anonymous you browse it as someone without an account; with Customer you choose which price list to see.
- You changed a switch and the store looks the same: you still need to tap Save in the editor.
- The products in a subcategory do not appear: check that the products are assigned to it, not only to the parent category.
