VentasxMayor sends two automatic email reports to the recipient list you define. They are configured in Settings → Reports, not from the Analytics screen. These are not reports you download or view inside the platform: each one lands in the inbox according to the day and hour you choose.
How it works
The Reports tab in Settings shows two independent cards — Manager Weekly Report and Daily Stock Report. Each one has its own ON/OFF toggle, its own scheduling fields and a "Send preview" button that fires a test run immediately to the registered recipients, so you can validate delivery and content before leaving it on.
The bell button at the top right of the dashboard is a shortcut to this section — it turns blue when one of the two reports is active and gray when both are off.
Manager Weekly Report
Executive summary delivered weekly with the wholesale business's main indicators.
Fixed contents: - Sales: total sold, average ticket, total orders, variation vs. previous week. - Customers: new customers, new registrations, repeat customers, top customer. - Products: most sold by quantity, most sold by revenue, most visited, high-turnover products. - Stock: out-of-stock products, low-stock products. - Operations: cancelled orders, abandoned carts.
Form fields: - Activate (toggle): turns the delivery on or off. - Send day: day of the week the report goes out. - Send hour: hour of the day in 24h format. - Recipients: list of emails — type each one and press Enter to add. - Send Preview: fires a test run immediately to the registered recipients.
Daily Stock Report
Operations report for the warehouse/logistics team to help anticipate restocking.
Fixed contents: - Out-of-stock products. - Low-stock products (per the configured threshold). - High-turnover + low-stock products (urgent restock).
Form fields: - Activate (toggle): turns the delivery on or off. - Send hour: hour of the day in 24h format (the report arrives every morning). - Recipients: list of emails. - Low stock threshold: integer. Products with stock equal to or below this value are flagged as "low stock". - Send Preview: fires a test run immediately.
What these reports are not
- ❌ They aren't downloadable from the platform — only delivered by email to the configured recipients.
- ❌ Content isn't customizable: each report has its fixed set of metrics.
- ❌ There are no additional reports (sellers, debtors, regions, arbitrary products, etc.) beyond the two this section offers.
- ❌ There are no general threshold alerts — the only configurable threshold is the low-stock one in the daily report.
To download specific listings (customers, orders within the filtered range, sales report) use the export buttons present in each listing: - Orders: "Export to Excel" button on the list and "Sales report" for the filtered range (see Orders → List). - Customers: "Export" button on the list (see Customers → Export customer data).
Tips
- Before enabling a report, use Send preview to confirm the inbox is correct and the data matches what you expect.
- Add several recipients so the report reaches the manager, sales lead and warehouse owner at the same time, with no manual forwarding.
- Tune the Daily Stock Report threshold carefully: too high, the email becomes noise and is ignored; too low, the alert arrives late.
- Coordinate the day and hour of the Weekly Report with your team's routine (for example, Monday 8:00 to kick off the week with last week's closed snapshot).
- If reports stop arriving, check the spam folder and confirm the saved email addresses are valid.
