How it works
From Analytics > Reports you can create custom reports and download them to work with the data outside the platform. Reports are generated based on your wholesale business data and can cover different aspects of the operation: sales by product, performance by sales rep, buyer behavior, outstanding debts, and more.
Once a report is configured, you can download it in Excel or CSV format to open it in your preferred spreadsheet tool or integrate it with your ERP.
Available options
- Custom date range: define the exact period you want to include in the report.
- Excel/CSV export: download the data in your preferred format for external analysis or loading into your management system.
- Automated reports: set up periodic deliveries (daily, weekly, or monthly) to one or more email addresses. Ideal for managers, sales reps, or partners to receive operational data without logging into the platform.
- Alert thresholds: set limit values to receive notifications when a metric exceeds or drops below a defined threshold. For example, alerts when daily sales drop below a certain amount or when a critical product runs out of stock.
- Debt reporting: view wholesale buyers with outstanding payments and overdue invoices to manage collections effectively. Essential in wholesale operations where credit sales are common.
Tips
- Set up weekly automated reports for your sales team with each rep's metrics and their assigned buyers.
- Use alert thresholds to react quickly to unexpected drops in order volume or unusual spikes that may indicate stock issues.
- Export data as CSV if you need to cross-reference information with your ERP data or process it with advanced analytics tools.
- Review the debt report regularly to keep collections up to date, especially if you offer credit terms.
