Connect your VentasxMayor wholesale store to the Bling ERP to keep your catalog —products, stock, prices and categories— synced automatically. Bling is one of the most widely used cloud ERPs in Brazil, covering product, inventory, sales and finance management plus electronic invoicing (NF-e).
How it works
In the side menu, go to Settings → ERP and select Bling. The connection uses OAuth 2.0: when you click Connect Bling, we redirect you to Bling to log in to your account and authorize access. We never see or store your Bling password; we only receive a permission you can revoke anytime. Once connected, your Bling catalog is imported into the store and stock and prices stay up to date automatically.
Before you start
- A Bling account with your products loaded.
- The Bling add-on active on your plan. Enable it from the panel, in the integrations section (paid feature).
- Codes (SKU) filled in: the sync matches each product by its code. Make sure your Bling products have a code, otherwise they can't be linked.
How to connect
- Go to Settings → ERP → Bling.
- Click Connect Bling. You'll be redirected to Bling.
- Log in to your Bling account and approve the VentasxMayor app's access to your products and stock.
- Bling returns you to the panel automatically. You'll see the Bling connected status.
Verify the configuration
After connecting, click Verify configuration. We test the connection and show how many products and categories we detect in your Bling, without importing anything yet. If something fails (expired token, missing permission), the report tells you.
Sync your catalog
Click Sync all to bring your Bling catalog into the store. The first sync may take a few minutes depending on the number of products; follow the progress in the panel's task center. After the first load, the sync runs automatically once a day to keep stock and prices up to date. You can also force a manual sync anytime.
The sync matches each product by its code (SKU): it updates the ones that match and creates the missing ones, without duplicating.
Products with variations
When a product in Bling has variations, each one is imported as a product option in VxM, identified by its own code. Simple products are imported with a single option.
What gets synced
- Products: name, code (SKU), brand and barcode (GTIN).
- Stock: the available balance from Bling is reflected in the store.
- Prices: each product's price is updated automatically.
- Variations: each variation is imported as an option.
- Categories: each product's category is preserved.
Inactive products and Bling services are skipped.

- Will it overwrite products I already have? No. It matches by code (SKU): it updates the ones that match and creates the missing ones, without duplicating.
- How often does it update? Automatically once a day, plus any manual syncs you run.
- Can I disconnect Bling? Yes, by revoking access from your Bling account or disabling the add-on from the panel.
- A product doesn't show up: check that it isn't inactive in Bling, isn't a service, and has a code (SKU); then sync again.
