Bling + VentasxMayor
Connect your Bling account to your wholesale store and keep your catalog — products, stock, prices and categories — synced automatically. No spreadsheets, no re-entering products by hand.
What is Bling?
Bling is one of the most widely used cloud ERPs in Brazil: product, inventory, sales and finance management plus electronic invoicing (NF-e), all in one place.
Before you start
- An active VentasxMayor store with administrator access.
- A Bling account with your products loaded.
- The Bling add-on active on your plan (enable it in the admin panel, integrations section).
Important: the sync uses the product code (SKU) as the identifier. Make sure your Bling products have a code.
Step by step: connect your Bling account
- Open your store's admin panel and go to Settings → Integrations (ERP) → Bling.
- Click “Connect Bling”. You'll be redirected to Bling to authorize the connection.
- Log in to your Bling account and approve the VentasxMayor app's access to your products and inventory.
- Bling automatically returns you to the panel. You'll see the “Bling connected” status.
The connection is secure (OAuth 2.0). We never see or store your Bling password: we only receive a permission you can revoke anytime.
Verify the configuration
After connecting, click “Verify configuration”. We'll test the connection and show how many products and categories we detect in your Bling, without importing anything yet.
Sync your catalog
Click “Sync all” to bring your Bling catalog into the store. The first sync may take a few minutes depending on the number of products. You can follow the progress in the panel's task center.
After the first load, VentasxMayor listens for real-time changes: when you change stock, price or a product in Bling, your store updates within seconds (via webhooks). A full sync also runs automatically every day as a backup, and you can click “Sync all” again whenever you want.
Real time (optional, recommended): in your Bling aplicativo → Webhooks, add a server with the URL shown in the panel and enable the Estoques and Produtos notifications. Done: every change flows on its own.
What gets synced?
- Products: name, code (SKU), brand and barcode (GTIN).
- Stock: the available balance from Bling is reflected in the store. With multiple warehouses, you pick which one to use.
- Prices: the product's price in Bling is kept updated automatically.
- Variations: each variation is imported as a product option.
- Categories: each product's category is preserved.
Orders and tax invoice (NF-e)
The integration isn't catalog-only: every order placed in your store is pushed to Bling automatically as a sales order. If the customer doesn't exist in Bling yet, we create it with its CNPJ/CPF; items are matched by their code (SKU).
With the order already in Bling, you issue the NF-e from Bling in a couple of clicks — no re-entering anything. Your sales and tax operations stay in sync.
Frequently asked questions
Will it overwrite products I already have in the store?
The sync matches each product by its code (SKU): it updates the ones that match and creates the missing ones. It doesn't duplicate.
How often does it update?
In real time if you enable webhooks in Bling (changes arrive within seconds), plus a full automatic sync every day as a backup. You can also force a manual one anytime.
Do my store orders reach Bling?
Yes. Every order is pushed to Bling as a sales order (creating the customer if needed), ready for you to issue the NF-e from Bling.
Can I disconnect Bling?
Yes. You can revoke access from your Bling account or disable the add-on from the panel at any time.
A product doesn't show up, why?
Usually because the product is inactive in Bling, is a service, or has no code (SKU). Check those and sync again.
