The Export Customers screen lets you filter your base of wholesale buyers with advanced criteria and download it for analysis, campaigns, or backup.
How it works
From the customer list (in the sidebar menu, Sales → Customers), the share icon opens the Export Customers screen (available if your account has analytics enabled). You will see a table with your base and export-specific filters; adjust the filters and choose the download format.
Exports are processed in the background: triggering one creates a task and the file becomes available when it finishes — it is not an immediate browser download. Downloads require the tools permission.
Available filters
- Filter by order count (from/to range).
- Filter by purchase amounts (amount range).
- Abandoned cart: All / Yes / No.
- Has orders: All / Yes / No.
- Classification: by category or "None".
- Province.
- Registration Date: registration date range.
- Last Purchase: last purchase date range.
The table is paginated and sortable by any column.
What the export includes
Number, legal name, contact (first and last name), email, phone, mobile, classification, city, province, website, registration date, last purchase, order count, and amount purchased.
Download formats
- Export to Drive: generates a Google Sheets spreadsheet with the filtered base.
- Download CSV: a CSV file to use in any tool.
- Download Excel with WhatsApp: an Excel file prepared for WhatsApp outreach campaigns (includes a usage guide).
Tips
- "Last Purchase" with an old range + "Has orders: Yes" gives you the list of dormant customers for a reactivation campaign.
- A recent "Registration Date" + "Has orders: No" identifies new registrations that never bought: candidates for a call from the sales rep.
- Export periodically as your own backup of your portfolio.
