The VentasxMayor admin is a panel with a sidebar menu: every screen is organized into sections on the left, with a search box to find any feature by name. This guide is the complete map of what you can do and where everything lives.
How to navigate
- Sidebar menu (left): sections expand and collapse; the active item is highlighted. On mobile, the menu opens with the menu button (☰).
- Menu search ("Search the menu…"): type the name of any screen — for example "coupons" or "tracking" — and jump straight to it.
- Top bar: shows the breadcrumb ("Home > current screen"), the notifications bell, and the EDIT STORE button (new store) or STORE (classic) to open your store.
- The items you see depend on your permissions: a seller sees fewer options than the main manager.
The menu map
- Metrics (first item, and the panel's landing screen): sales over time, order summary, abandoned carts, new customers, and automatic reports.
- Sales: Orders (order management), Create order (place an order for a customer), Order Assembly, Sales by seller, and Customers (your portfolio of wholesale buyers).
- Catalog: Products, Categories, Catalog builder (downloadable PDF/CSV catalog), and Discounts (visible if your business has the discount engine enabled).
- Marketing: Newsletter, Auto-seller ® (automatic customer follow-up), Advertising (Google, Meta, and TikTok pixels and tags — classic store only), and Coupons.
- Store design (classic store only): Brand, Colors & Background, Typography, Product Card, Product Grid, Banners, Chat, and Contact.
- Configuration: General (business info), Products & stock, Sale Conditions, Payments and Shipping, Customer registration, and Communication (these five, classic store only), Price Lists, Customer Classifications, Order Assembly Instructions, Tracking, Corporate Email, Reports, ERP, Managers (users and permissions), and Tools (importers and bulk changes).
- My account: Subscription (your plan, invoices, and service payments).
If you have the new store (v2)
With the new store, design and commercial conditions are edited inside the store with the EDIT STORE button: that is why the panel does not show the "Store design" section or the Products & stock, Sale Conditions, Payments and Shipping, Customer registration, Communication, and Advertising screens — all of that lives in the store editor. The rest of the menu is the same in both versions.
Tips
- Can't find a screen? Use the menu search: it's faster than browsing the sections.
- If a feature from this guide doesn't appear in your menu, it may be due to your user's permissions, your store version (classic or new), or because it is enabled per business — contact support.
- The menu can be collapsed to gain screen space; your preference is saved.
