Make price changes and product updates at scale across your wholesale catalog without editing each item individually.
How it works
From Tools > Bulk you can apply changes to your entire catalog or to product segments all at once. This tool is essential for wholesale operations where catalogs can have hundreds or thousands of products and price adjustments are frequent:
- Bulk price increase: apply a percentage increase to your product prices. You can select a specific price list (for example, your general wholesale list, the distributor list, or the retail list) and configure automatic rounding to get clean values.
- Bulk import and export: download a template from Google Drive, edit it with your product data in a spreadsheet, and upload it again to update your entire catalog. Ideal for updating prices, descriptions, stock, or any product data in bulk.
Available options
- Increase percentage: specify the percentage to apply on top of current prices.
- Rounding: enable automatic rounding so resulting prices are whole numbers or have standard decimals. Important in wholesale where unit prices need to be clear.
- Price list: select which price list the change will apply to if you manage multiple lists (wholesale, distributor, retail, etc.).
- Google Drive template: download the predefined template to fill in and then import in bulk.
Tips
- Download and review the template before importing to understand the required data format.
- Before applying a bulk increase, export your current prices as a backup in case you need to revert the changes.
- Use rounding to avoid awkward cent values that make pricing harder to communicate to your wholesale buyers.
- Coordinate price increases with your sales team and communicate changes to your buyers in advance through email campaigns or WhatsApp.
- If you manage multiple price lists, apply increases per list to maintain the price differentials between buyer segments.
