How it works
The Account > Help section integrates a support center directly into your wholesale platform, with the following resources:
- Frequently asked questions (FAQ): organize the most common queries in a hierarchical structure of categories and subcategories. Your wholesale buyers can search and browse available answers on topics such as purchasing terms, delivery timelines, return policies, payment methods, and minimum order requirements.
- Tutorials: publish step-by-step guides with text and embed videos to explain processes such as placing an order, checking shipment status, or downloading invoices.
- Search: buyers can search by keywords to quickly find the information they need.
- Contact form: allows buyers to send personalized inquiries with configurable questions. Ideal for commercial requests, special quotes, or product inquiries.
- Bug report form: a dedicated form for buyers to report technical issues with the platform.
- Cancellation and returns policy: displays your wholesale business conditions clearly and accessibly. Especially important in wholesale operations where the amounts involved are significant.

- FAQ management: create, edit, and organize categories and frequently asked questions relevant to your wholesale operation.
- Tutorial videos: embed videos from YouTube or other platforms in your guides to facilitate new buyer onboarding. To embed a video, upload it to YouTube and paste the link in the content using the syntax
<> . For example:<> renders as an inline video in the section where you place it. This syntax works in sections that support rich markdown (FAQ, tutorials, customizable portal texts). - Form questions: customize the questions on the contact form to receive structured inquiries.
- Policies: write and publish your cancellation, return, and commercial terms policies.

- Update frequently asked questions periodically based on the most common inquiries received by your sales and support teams.
- Include video tutorials for the most common processes: how to place a wholesale order, how to check volume pricing, how to download invoices.
- A good help center reduces the workload on your sales team and improves your wholesale buyers' experience.
- Clearly document your commercial terms: minimum order amounts, payment deadlines, return policies, and delivery zones. This prevents misunderstandings and streamlines the commercial relationship.
