The platform collects the emails of everyone who subscribes from your store footer and hands them to you as a list you can feed into your email marketing tool. Campaigns are not sent from VentasxMayor.
Step by step
- In the side menu, go to Marketing → Newsletter.
- At the very top is the Shareable link block, with the address of the subscription page and the Copy link button.
- Below it you see the subscriber count and the box with every email, one per line.
- Tap Copy all to take the whole list to your clipboard.
- Paste it into the importer of your email marketing platform.
The shareable link
It is the first thing on the screen and it is easy to miss. The Shareable link block says: "Share this link on social media or with your customers so they can subscribe to your newsletter from a dedicated page."
The address is your store domain followed by /suscribir. The Copy link button copies it and flips to Copied! for a moment.
Important: that dedicated page works on the classic store. If you have the new store, the link is still shown on the screen but the page is not available to your visitors. In that case, the way to capture subscribers is the store footer form.
The footer form
On the classic store the subscription field appears in the portal footer.
On the new store it is an editor setting you switch on and off: EDIT STORE → Screens → Footer → Settings, the Newsletter in footer toggle ("Shows the newsletter signup field in the footer"). Depending on the footer design you pick, you also get Newsletter title and Newsletter text to explain why subscribing is worth it. With the Minimal design there is only the toggle.
What it includes and what it does not
- The list of emails captured from the footer form, with the total count.
- A button to copy the whole list.
- There is no template editor, no campaign sending, no scheduling, no segmentation and no list import. For that, use a dedicated tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Perfit and similar).
If what you want is automated emails to your buyers based on their purchase behaviour, that does exist and it lives in Marketing → Auto-seller ®.
If you cannot find it
- You do not see "Newsletter" in the menu: your user does not have the Marketing permission.
- The list is empty: the screen spells it out — "When visitors subscribe from your store's footer, their emails will appear here." Check that the footer form is switched on.
- You shared the link and it does not open: if you have the new store, that page is not available. Share your store link directly and keep the footer form visible.
Tips
- Export the list regularly (weekly or monthly) to keep your base current in the external tool.
- Most importers accept the "one email per line" format exactly as Copy all hands it over.
- Clean up bouncing addresses in your external tool: sending reputation is managed there, not here.
- Always include a visible unsubscribe link in every campaign. Data protection regulations require it.
