VentasxMayor collects the emails of visitors who subscribe through the form at the bottom of the store and exposes them as a list you can use with your external email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Brevo/Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign, etc.). Campaign sending is not done from the platform.
How it works
A "Get news" field in the wholesale portal footer lets visitors leave their email to receive updates. Every email is saved and shown in the sidebar menu, under Marketing → Newsletter.
The screen displays:
- The total subscriber count.
- A monospace text box with every email, one per line.
- A Copy all button that copies the full list to the clipboard.
- A "Pro tip" section that reminds you to export the emails regularly to your email marketing tool.
- An empty state stating: "When visitors subscribe through your store footer, their emails will appear here".
What's included and what isn't
- ✅ List of emails captured from the footer subscription form.
- ✅ Total count and clipboard copy.
- ❌ No template editor, campaign sending, scheduling, segmentation or list import. Use a dedicated email marketing tool for any of those.
Tips
- Export the list regularly (weekly or monthly) to keep the base up to date in your external email marketing tool.
- Paste the list into your email marketing platform's importer (most accept the "one email per line" format that Copy all delivers).
- Clean the list in the external tool by removing bouncing addresses to keep a healthy sending reputation.
- Respect the unsubscribe option on every send: regulations (LGPD, GDPR, local data protection laws) require a visible unsubscribe link on every email.
- For newsletter capture to work, keep the footer visible on the wholesale portal; the form appears automatically when the footer is enabled.
