TikTok Pixel Installation Guide

With this integration, you can track conversions from TikTok advertising campaigns, such as registrations, orders and clicks on WhatsApp, directly from your TikTok Ads panel.

Step 1: Create and configure your Pixel in TikTok Ads

1. Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account.
2. In the top menu, click “Assets” and then “Events”.
3. Select the “Web Events” option.
4. Click the “Manage” button.
5. Then select “Create Pixel” or “Add New Pixel”.
6. Give the Pixel a name (example: “Pixel Store VentasXMayor”).
7. I chose the manual installation mode (“Manually Install Pixel Code”).
8. Then a screen will open with the installation base code.

Important: You don't need all the code you see. You only need to copy a specific part to paste into VentasXMayor.

Step 2: Copy the Pixel code snippet

Within the code that TikTok shows you, look for the snippet that contains the code.

In the following example, we show you where to place it:

Don't use the code in this example, search for and copy your own code to your TIKTOK BUSINESS.

Step 3: Paste the code into VentasXMayor

1. Go to your store at Ventasxmayor.com.
2. I accessed the Administration Panel.
3. Go to the “TikTok Business” section within the integrations area (Marketing/Tracking section).
4. Paste the Pixel code snippet that you copied into the available field.

5. Save the changes.

Ready! Your TikTok Pixel is now properly installed and will start tracking visits and events.

Verification and testing

After installing it:

1. Return to TikTok Ads Manager.
2. In the “Web Events” section, select the Pixel.
3. You should see that the Pixel's status is set to Active once it receives visits to your site.
4. To check live, you can use browser extensions such as TikTok Pixel Helper for Chrome.
