Visualize and manage your wholesale company's hierarchical structure with an interactive organizational tree.
How it works
From Settings > Organization Chart you can create and manage your organization's structure visually. The org chart is displayed as a tree where each node represents a position or person within the company. This is especially useful in wholesale operations with sales, logistics, and administration teams that need clear reporting lines:
- Tree view: See your entire team hierarchy in a visual diagram showing relationships between positions β from general management down to field salespeople and warehouse staff.
- Create positions: Add new nodes to the tree with the position name and assigned person.
- Reorganize: Drag and drop nodes to change the hierarchical structure without needing to delete and recreate positions.
- View-only mode: Team members can view the org chart without making changes.
Available options
- Add node: Create a new position in the tree, defining its name and location within the hierarchy.
- Edit node: Modify the name or details of an existing position.
- Move node: Drag a position to place it under a new superior in the hierarchy.
- Delete node: Remove a position from the org chart.
- Full view: View the entire expanded tree or collapse branches to focus on specific areas.
