Create custom informational pages to complement your wholesale catalog, communicate your commercial terms, and build trust with your B2B buyers.
How it works
Your wholesale portal includes predefined pages such as "How to Buy," "About Us," and "Contact" that you can edit with your own content. These pages are key to communicating your wholesale terms, minimum order policies, delivery times, and other information relevant to professional buyers.
The contact page includes a form where wholesale buyers and potential customers can send commercial inquiries. Your portal also automatically includes legal pages: cancellation/return policy, privacy policy, and terms of use, available to all portals.
Available options
- Informational pages: Edit the content of "How to Buy," "About Us," and other pages. Use "How to Buy" to explain your wholesale process: how to register, how buyer approval works, minimum amounts, accepted payment methods, and delivery times.
- Contact form: Configure custom questions in single choice, multiple choice, or free text format. Ideal for receiving commercial information requests, volume pricing inquiries, or special order requests.
- Contact banner: Add a featured image to the contact page to reinforce your professional image.
- Cancellation policy: Complete your returns and cancellation policy to comply with consumer protection regulations. Buyers can submit return requests from this page.
- Privacy policy: Automatic page with your privacy policy and personal data handling practices.
- Terms of use: Automatic page with the terms and conditions for using your wholesale portal. You can include your general commercial conditions.
Custom button in the menu
From Settings > Wholesale > Communication you can create an extra button in the portal menu with a configurable name and URL. Useful for linking to your retail store, an institutional website, or an external landing. When a buyer clicks, the system opens the destination in a new tab without taking them out of the portal.
Set a short button name and the full destination URL. Once saved, the button appears next to the other menu sections.
Custom section
From Settings > Wholesale > Communication (Customizable texts) you can create an additional section inside the wholesale portal with a free-form title and your own content. Useful for explaining special promotions, extended sales conditions, featured product lines, or any information that does not fit in the predefined pages. Once you fill in the title and content, the section is published automatically and accessible from the portal menu.
Header announcement
Also from Communication you can enable an announcement that appears at the top of every page. It supports text, links, and JPG, GIF, and PNG images. Images are inserted via a direct URL β if you upload the image as a product and open it in a new tab, you can copy that URL to reuse in the announcement.
Tips
- Complete the "How to Buy" page with a clear step-by-step guide for new wholesale buyers: registration, approval, first order, payment methods, shipping.
- Use "About Us" to showcase your company's track record, supply capacity, and brands. Wholesale buyers evaluate the strength of their suppliers.
- Set up the contact form with specific questions to receive well-categorized inquiries: business type, products of interest, estimated volume.
- Keep your cancellation policy up to date according to the current legislation in your country.
- The custom button is ideal when you already have a separate institutional site: keep the wholesale portal focused on orders and only send buyers to the main site when needed.
