From this section you can adapt the visual appearance of your wholesale portal to reflect your brand identity and convey professionalism to your B2B buyers.
How it works
Customize the main visual elements of your wholesale portal: logo, banners, colors, typography, and catalog layout. Changes are applied immediately to the public view of the portal. A professional, brand-consistent presentation builds trust with your wholesale buyers and reinforces your positioning as a serious supplier.
Available options
- Logo: Upload your company logo to display in the portal header. A professional logo is essential for B2B trust.
- Banners: Set up banners on the main page to communicate volume promotions, seasonal launches, special conditions, or news for your wholesale buyers. Both the main carousel banners and the category banners have flexible dimensions and adapt to any screen resolution. We recommend 1400 x 400 pixels for quality and consistency, and that all banners in a carousel share the same size. Supported formats are JPG, WEBP, GIF, PNG, MP4 video, and YouTube links.
- Color scheme: Define 4 colors that represent your brand, applied throughout the portal. Maintaining visual consistency with your corporate identity reinforces brand recognition.
- Typography: Choose one font for headings and another for body text.
- Announcement bar: Enable a top bar to display important messages to your buyers β such as minimum order amounts, special delivery deadlines, trade shows, or order cutoff dates.
- Construction mode: Enable this mode to temporarily hide the portal while making significant changes. Your wholesale buyers will see a "under maintenance" message.
- Catalog templates: Choose from 6 layouts β Classic, Premium, Lookbook, Compact List, Gallery, and Minimal. For wholesale catalogs with many SKUs, Compact List is usually the most efficient.
- Product badges: Create custom badges with your own text and colors to highlight products β for example, "New," "Clearance," "Last Units," "Special Pack," "Seasonal."
- Banner editor: Manage multiple promotional banners on the main page with custom images, text, and links.
Interactive header banners
Each banner in the main carousel can take the buyer to a specific destination on click. This turns the banner into a concrete sales tool:
- Destination URL: paste the link to a product, category, or search result. To link to a search, run the search in the store first and copy the URL it generates.
- Dynamic text and button: add a title and copy on top of the banner, plus a button that adapts to screen size (works well both on mobile and desktop).
- Banner height: control the height in pixels with the Banner height field. By default the system adapts the height automatically; pin it (for example 500 px) when you need better mobile rendering.
- Carousel banners: accept JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, and YouTube links. If you plan to use dynamic text and a button, use an image without embedded text so the dynamic copy does not overlap.
Automatic TOP SELLERS and NEW badges
From the Design section you can upload two special images:
- TOP SELLERS / Best sellers: the system places it automatically over products it detects as top sellers. It is automatic β you do not pick products one by one.
- NEW: appears automatically on products you flag as New from the product manager.
These same lists are used by Auto-Seller when you enable "Include top sellers" or "Include new products" inside its emails.
Tips
- Choose colors with good contrast to improve readability β your wholesale buyers browse quickly and need to find information easily.
- Use construction mode when making major changes so your buyers do not see an incomplete portal.
- Try the Compact List template if you have an extensive catalog β wholesale buyers usually prefer efficient views that show a lot of information in little space.
- Use the announcement bar to communicate key operational information: minimum amounts, order cutoff times, changes in shipping conditions.
- Banners are ideal for promoting packs, volume offers, or seasonal products to your wholesale buyers.
- Take advantage of clickable banners to push concrete campaigns: link directly to the product on offer or to a search with the promoted category.
