Create and send email marketing campaigns targeted at your wholesale buyers to communicate catalog updates, volume promotions, product launches, or changes in commercial terms.
How it works
From the Emails > Campaigns section you can create a new campaign step by step:
- Select a template or create a design from scratch using the visual editor. Includes templates oriented toward B2B communication.
- Write the content of your email with text, product images, and direct links to your wholesale catalog.
- Preview the result before sending to make sure it looks correct on both desktop and mobile.
- Choose recipients by selecting buyer lists, segments by region, assigned sales rep, purchase volume, or other criteria relevant to your wholesale operation.
- Schedule or send the campaign immediately or at a future date and time.
Available options
- Template editor: design the email with visual drag-and-drop tools. Ideal for building communications with price lists, product tables, or special conditions.
- Preview: review how the email will appear in the buyer's inbox before sending.
- Recipient selection: filter by buyer lists, assigned sales reps, geographic zones, or custom segments. Allows you to send specific offers to each group of wholesale buyers.
- Scheduling: set a send date and time so the campaign is dispatched automatically. Useful for coordinating with price list updates or seasonal launches.
Tips
- Always send a test email to your own address before launching the campaign to your entire buyer base.
- Segment your recipient lists to send relevant offers to each group: for example, differentiated pricing by purchase volume, zone-specific promotions, or updates for specific product categories.
- Coordinate campaigns with your sales team so reps are aware of the promotions their assigned buyers are receiving.
- Use campaigns to communicate price list changes in advance, giving your buyers time to place orders before the adjustment takes effect.
